Accounts
CleanRows accounts are created for named accounting professionals and are approved before access is granted. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and multi-factor device secure, and for activity performed under your account.
What the service does
CleanRows prepares transaction data from bank statements and spreadsheets you upload. It is not a general ledger, does not replace accounting software, and does not produce formal financial statements. You remain the accounting professional responsible for the books you deliver and for reviewing the data before you use it.
Client data
You may upload client records only where you are permitted to do so. Handling, retention and deletion of that data is described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other practices’ data, disrupt the service, or use it to process records you are not authorised to hold.
Availability and termination
The service is provided as-is and may change over time. Either party may end access at any time; on request we will remove your data as described in the privacy notice.
